SHIPPING POLICY
All orders received with Royal Mail 1st Class will be shipped within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail 2nd Class will be shipped within 3-5 working days.

If you urgently require your item(s) please email me prior to ordering and I will advise if the item can be shipped on Express Delivery. I will try my hardest to ensure you get your hands on your items as quickly as possible. Extra delivery costs will apply for this service.

RETURN POLICY
If you need to cancel your order please let us know with 24hours so we can ensure your items do not get shipped.

We hope our products will always reach you in perfect condition, however, if your item gets damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible (with photographic evidence so I can investigate further). We will then be able to send you a replacement.

Bearsy And The Boy will offer refunds on items which are returned back in the same condition you received them. Please note, return postage is the responsibility of the customer and this cost will not be refunded.
